Domestic Shipping

We’re happy to deliver your Style Temptation pieces straight to your doorstep.

  • Deliveries take 1–3 working days.
  • Deliveries outside Lagos & Abuja but within Nigeria take 4–6 working days.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL, ensuring they are safe and trackable.

  • Delivery takes approximately 5–7 working days after your order has been placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return, exchange, or refund provided the item(s) reach us within the timelines below:

Timelines

  • Within Lagos & Abuja: 3 business days from date of delivery/pickup
  • Within Nigeria (outside Lagos & Abuja): 5 business days from date of delivery
  • Outside Nigeria: 10 business days from date of delivery

Please note that items must physically arrive at our store within these timeframes to qualify.

  • “Pick up in store” orders are eligible for refunds only if collected within 2 weeks of the order date. Orders picked up later than 2 weeks qualify for store credit, while those collected after 6 weeks will no longer be eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Items purchased, fitted, or picked up in store cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items bought online cannot be swapped in store.
  • For customers requesting vouchers in store, these are usually processed within 12–24 hours.

Charges

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, as we do not provide shipping labels.
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for the re-delivery fee, which is the same as the original shipping cost.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out your exchange within 48 hours or process your refund within 5–7 business days. (Please note that depending on your payment provider, refunds may take a little longer to reflect.)

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued minus shipping costs and processed through the same payment gateway used for the original purchase (e.g. Paystack, PayPal, Stripe).

Product Condition

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

  • Items are unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • Items received damaged or showing signs of wear unfortunately cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • If an item arrives faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and return it within 20 days. We’re always happy to help resolve genuine product issues quickly.
